It's not your fault! Most of us exist in a dysregulated state, which makes showing up calm & patient for our kids especially challenging.
This 90-minute workshop is designed for moms or dads & kids (ages 2–6) to explore gentle yoga, playful movement, and simple somatic tools that support emotional regulation and nurture nervous-system balance for both of you.
Learn how to stay calm through chaos, guide your child through big feelings, and build a deeper bond through breath, touch, and presence.
Together, you’ll explore:
Playful yoga poses and mindful movement
Simple breathwork and somatic tools to calm big emotions
Co-regulation practices that help both parent and child feel safe & centered
You’ll leave with practical, age-appropriate tools to bring more calm, compassion, and emotional awareness into your daily life & relationship.
