 vity, movement, and exploration! The Youth Activity Collective is bringing 
 together local businesses for a special Friday Field Trip Series designed j
 ust for homeschoolers. Each partner will offer an age-appropriate experienc
 e designed around their unique specialty. Families can choose the class tha
 t is the best fit for their child each Friday! Come to one, Come to all!<br
  /><br />CONFIRMED FIELD TRIP FRIDAY LINEUP<br />October 2 – Music Compound
  - One morning. Two sessions. Guitar, Prodigies, songwriting and music prod
 uction for elementary through high school homeschool students. <br /><br />
 October 9 – Drama Kids - Go behind the scenes at Drama Kids! Explore our co
 stume and prop rooms, try costumes and props, experience lights, sound and 
 projections, then take the stage for a hands-on acting experience featuring
  speech, movement and scene work. Ages 4-18<br /><br />October 16 – What I 
 Learned Today - Play a variety of learning games with our teachers, fun aca
 demic activities for all ages, take home some creative ideas to make your l
 essons extra fun! Parents are welcome to attend or participate.<br /><br />
 October 23 – Mathnasium & Children’s Art Center - Together, Mathnasium and 
 Children's Art Classes present this one of a kind, educational event. Your 
 child will level up their skills through engaging, math-based games & geome
 try activities.  Also, they will unleash their creativity by exploring art 
 in unique ways. Build confidence, sharpen problem-solving skills, and ignit
 e creativity—all while having twice the fun!<br /><br />October 30 – Curiou
 s and Kind - Come experience Forest School for the morning. Children ages 5
  to 12 will explore 2 acres of forest, learn wilderness skills, play with p
 umpkins, catch lizards, and make friends. Parents can drop off or stay on s
 ite. <br /><br />November 6 – Stage Door Studios - Students will explore a 
 variety of dance styles while learning about movement, rhythm, and musicali
 ty through interactive activities. No dance experience is needed. Just come
  ready to move, learn and have fun! <br /><br />November 13 – Sewista Studi
 o - Limited to 10 participants per hour - Come explore Sewista Studio and c
 reate a fun fall sewing craft! This is a drop off event for kids ages 7+. B
 eginners are welcome! <br /> <br />November 20 - Clark’s Self Defense - Han
 ds-on experience where families learn practical self-defense and martial ar
 ts skills while building confidence, discipline, coordination and awareness
 , staying active and connecting with other homeschoolers. Parent participat
 ion is optional, not required.  <br /><br />This is a great opportunity for
  homeschool families to connect, explore new interests, meet local educator
 s and businesses, and make new friends along the way!<br />Space may be lim
 ited for some experiences, so be sure to watch for registration information
