 together local businesses for a special Friday Field Trip Series designed j
 ust for homeschoolers. Each partner will offer an age-appropriate experienc
 e designed around their unique specialty. Families can choose the class tha
 t is the best fit for their child each Friday! Come to one, Come to all!\n\
 nCONFIRMED FIELD TRIP FRIDAY LINEUP\nOctober 2 – Music Compound - One morni
 ng. Two sessions. Guitar, Prodigies, songwriting and music production for e
 lementary through high school homeschool students. \n\nOctober 9 – Drama Ki
 ds - Go behind the scenes at Drama Kids! Explore our costume and prop rooms
 , try costumes and props, experience lights, sound and projections, then ta
 ke the stage for a hands-on acting experience featuring speech, movement an
 d scene work. Ages 4-18\n\nOctober 16 – What I Learned Today - Play a varie
 ty of learning games with our teachers, fun academic activities for all age
 s, take home some creative ideas to make your lessons extra fun! Parents ar
 e welcome to attend or participate.\n\nOctober 23 – Mathnasium & Children’s
  Art Center - Together, Mathnasium and Children's Art Classes present this 
 one of a kind, educational event. Your child will level up their skills thr
 ough engaging, math-based games & geometry activities.  Also, they will unl
 eash their creativity by exploring art in unique ways. Build confidence, sh
 arpen problem-solving skills, and ignite creativity—all while having twice 
 the fun!\n\nOctober 30 – Curious and Kind - Come experience Forest School f
 or the morning. Children ages 5 to 12 will explore 2 acres of forest, learn
  wilderness skills, play with pumpkins, catch lizards, and make friends. Pa
 rents can drop off or stay on site. \n\nNovember 6 – Stage Door Studios - S
 tudents will explore a variety of dance styles while learning about movemen
 t, rhythm, and musicality through interactive activities. No dance experien
 ce is needed. Just come ready to move, learn and have fun! \n\nNovember 13 
 – Sewista Studio - Limited to 10 participants per hour - Come explore Sewis
 ta Studio and create a fun fall sewing craft! This is a drop off event for 
 kids ages 7+. Beginners are welcome! \n \nNovember 20 - Clark’s Self Defens
 e - Hands-on experience where families learn practical self-defense and mar
 tial arts skills while building confidence, discipline, coordination and aw
 areness, staying active and connecting with other homeschoolers. Parent par
 ticipation is optional, not required.  \n\nThis is a great opportunity for 
 homeschool families to connect, explore new interests, meet local educators
  and businesses, and make new friends along the way!\nSpace may be limited 
 for some experiences, so be sure to watch for registration information from
  each participating provider.\nSave the dates and make Fridays your favorit
 e day of the week!
