  all members of our community. Sensory Saturday is a private, sensory-frien
 dly, before-hours Selby Gardens experience, designed with neuro-inclusivity
  in mind. The Gardens will open for an extra hour to offer quiet exploratio
 n of our grounds — without the crowds or noise.<br /><br />During this even
 t, neurodivergent and sensory-sensitive guests, their families, and caregiv
 ers will receive complimentary tickets to Selby Gardens! Upon arrival, gues
 ts receive a customized map with easily identified icons to indicate areas 
 of the Gardens with interactivity (touch, smells, etc.) or displays with a 
 strong sensory component (loud noises, strong odors, etc.). The Tropical Co
 nservatory, gift shop, cafe, and Museum of Botany and the Arts will be clos
 ed; however, the Children’s Rainforest Garden, Florida Lagoon, Mangrove Boa
 rdwalk, restrooms, and all walking paths will remain open.  Noise-cancellin
 g earmuffs, sensory kits and wheelchairs are available on loan, free of cha
 rge. You are welcome to bring any tools, toys, or stimming devices to make 
 your visit as comfortable as possible.<br />
X-EXTRAINFO:While admission to Sensory Saturdays is free, advanced registration is requ
 ired for all guests and accompanying family members or caregivers. A “see y
 ou tomorrow” informational email will be sent out the day before to all reg
 istrants.\n\nSensory Saturdays takes place from 8:30am until 9:30am. Check-
 in begins at 8:20. Guests check in at the Welcome Center. There will be sig
 nage directing you to the check-in location.
