C.O.P.E. offers psychological evaluation and testing services in Sarasota and Manatee counties. Note: Dr. Files-Hall and Dr. LaCivita are approved providers of educational, psychological, and gifted evaluations/testing in both the Manatee and Sarasota county school systems.

Gifted-
We adhere to the regulations provided by your school district and the state of Florida in determining gifted eligibility.

Learning Disabilities-
The process of testing for Specific Learning Disorders (SLD) such as dyslexia, dyscalculia, and dysgraphia involve a comprehensive assessment to identify and understand the specific learning challenges experienced by the child/adolescent.

Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD)-
Comprehensive testing for ADHD involves a multi-faceted assessment process designed to evaluate various aspects of a student’s cognitive, behavioral, and emotional functioning.

Determine eligibility for testing accommodations on nationwide exams-
PSAT, SAT, ACT, GRE, LSAT, MCAT, GED, etc.
