Theory Of Play LLC

Theory of Play is a homeschool enrichment hub serving children Pre-K through 5th grade. We provide a safe, inspiring environment where young explorers thrive through meaningful, self-directed play that bridges education and imagination. Our whole child approach blends educator-guided learning with child led exploration through project and activity based experiences.

Children engage in Art, World Exploration, Science, music and movement while building confidence through clubs, life skills, and character development programs. With multi-age groups and small rotations, learners grow through collaboration and creativity. Optional drop-ff programs are available, offering families flexibility within a warm, community-centered space where every child belongs.

We’re celebrating an incredible year of impact, connection, and play-based learning here at Theory of Play (Sarasota, FL) and with that celebration comes an expanded co-op program lineup designed to better serve homeschool families from Pre-K through 5th grade!

P.L.A.Y. Beginnings (Ages 3–Pre-K)- Fridays 9:30am-11:30pm
Perfect for little learners beginning their homeschool journey!

P.L.A.Y. Pathways (Kindergarten–5th Grade)- Tuesdays/Thursdays 9:15am-1pm
Ideal for families seeking academic depth with joyful learning.

P.L.A.Y. Collective (Kindergarten–5th Grade)- Mondays/Wednesdays 9:15am-1pm
Designed for curious learners who thrive through exploration and collaboration.
