Core & Cradle kicks off the new Mommy & Me series at The Bay.

This community-rooted Mommy & Me pilates class is created by STOTT-certified Pilates instructor and new mom, Somer Menozzi.Born from the real, raw experience of early motherhood, Core & Cradle provides a space for moms to move, connect, and just be — without pressure or expectations.

Grounded in research around the power of movement and shared experience, Core & Cradle Pilates invites participants to gather at The Bay to move, breathe, and build strength – together!

What to Bring: A yoga mat and water bottle. Baby carriers are optional. Of course, babies are welcome, but never required.

First 1000 Days Suncoast will be on-site with information and resources.
