Join Kritter Scouts for an interactive lesson on colors vs camouflage! This is geared towards 8-12 year olds but all are welcome (if you think they can join). Come learn about the unique patterns and hiding techniques of animals!
We will meet under the pavilion by the parking lot.
Time: 9:00 AM – 10:00 AM (Optional extended care until
11:00 AM for an additional $5-10 depending on number of students)

We’ll kick things off with a color vs camp scavenger hunt! Students will have to spot hidden animals but who can find the most? Which animals are easiest to find?
After the hunt we will gather to discuss the different benefits of patterns and colors in the wild and why animals have the colorations they do.
