Start your day with movement, connection, and ocean-inspired fun! Join Samskara Yoga for a family-friendly yoga experience inside the inspiring setting of Mote SEA.
This all-levels class invites parents and children to move, stretch, and breathe together through playful poses, simple mindfulness activities, and moments of relaxation. Along the way, we’ll explore our connection to the ocean and the amazing life it supports, with themes of balance, curiosity, and care for our blue planet.
Perfect for families of all experience levels, this uplifting class offers a meaningful way to connect with each other while enjoying a calm and engaging start to your day before the Aquarium opens to the public.

Aquarium admission is not included with yoga registration. You do not need to purchase admission to attend this event.
If the class minimum is not met, the class will be cancelled. You will be notified via email 48 hours prior to the event and given the option to reschedule or cancel your registration.
