

A summer experience designed to help teens build confidence, connection, and self-awareness, while having fun along the way!
The Summer Within blends yoga, mindfulness, creativity, movement, and meaningful conversation into an experience that helps teens better understand themselves and the world around them.
Through interactive activities, group connection, creative projects, meditation, yoga, and hands-on wellness experiences, teens will learn tools that support emotional resilience, confidence, stress management, self-expression, and healthy habits for everyday life.
This is more than just yoga camp.
It’s a space for thoughtful, creative, curious teens to grow, connect, and discover their strengths from the inside out.
Activities may include:
• Yoga + movement classes
• Meditation + breathwork
• Vision boarding
• Mala bead making
• Creative mantra + affirmation art
• Journaling + self-reflection
• Chakra + mindfulness activities
• Outdoor connection + group experiences
• Conversations around confidence, intuition, emotional intelligence, and self-trust
Teens will:
• Build confidence, strength, and body awareness
• Learn meditation tools for stress + emotional regulation
• Develop stronger self-awareness and communication skills
• Explore creativity, intuition, and authentic self-expression
• Connect with like-minded peers in a supportive environment
• Learn wellness practices that support balance, focus, and resilience
