
Apex Athletics is an engaging and energetic indoor playground where kids can play, tumble, and dance their way to fun. Our safe and welcoming center offers recreational classes in gymnastics, dance, CrossFit, arts & crafts, and music ages 6mo+ , helping children build flexibility, strength, confidence and love for exploring. With our fostering environment and expert coaches every child can learn and grow while having a blast!
Classes Include:
Rhythmic Gymnastics (5y+)
Recreational students to learn all the basics of Rhythmic Gymnastics, develop flexibility, dance skills, strength, fitness coordination, and discipline. Participants will have the opportunity to perform in 1-2 shows per year.
Gymnastics toddler (3-5y)
Fun and engaging classes designed to strengthen muscles, improve coordination, and enhance flexibility. Through playful activities, children learn basic gymnastics elements, develop agility, balance, and motor skills. A friendly atmosphere and supportive coaches help kids enjoy movement and feel confident in any physical activity!
