Cardboard Challenge at Palmetto Historical Park

his year's Cardboard Challenge will be Saturday, October 4th! Families can drop by from 1 to 3:30 PM to design and build various creations out of cardboard, recycled materials, and imagination at this FREE hands-on event.
We need YOUR help to make this event happen! Staring Tuesday, September 16th, we will be taking donations of CLEAN cardboard items and miscellaneous craft supplies to be used this event. Due to space limitations, we will NOT be taking any donations before September 16th.
Start saving up your recyclables! Desired donation items include cardboard boxes, cereal boxes, toilet paper rolls, ping pong balls, egg cartons, and any other kid-friendly building materials. Please ensure all materials are dry and free from food residue.
This event is co-hosted by Palmetto Historical Park and in partnership with Soar in 4 Manatee.
