The Mom Walk Collective at Brightwood Pavillion Playground Parrish

We will meet at the Brightwood Pavillion Playground for Pilates in the Park with Align by Flavia.
Babies who aren't crawling at encouraged to lay on a blanket next to you or a bassinet. Babies that are walking are encouraged to be in their strollers or workout with you.
The first 5 moms to register will attend will receive a complimentary Pilates session either public or private with Flavia.
After, we finish Pilates we will play on the playground and will have a time of bubbles and music.
Please bring a yoga mat, wear sunscreen, and we ready to have some fun.
