Family Fest: Alice in Wonderland at The Van Wezel

The Van Wezel Performing Arts Hall is excited to announce our very first Family Fest! Inspired by our wildly popular Fridays Fests, Family Fest is a multigenerational event for the whole family. With Alice in Wonderland as our theme, we will feature two performances of Asolo Rep on Tour’s production of Alice in Wonderland and an interactive mindfulness and literacy activity with dynamic teaching artist Mr. Stevey.
Throughout the event, attendees can participate in themed activities with local community organizations, eat fun things from food trucks, and browse the Children’s Entrepreneur Market, which showcases products made and sold by local kids.
Like Friday Fest, this event is FREE and will take place on our back patio and in the Grand Foyer on Saturday, September 27 from 10AM-2PM with relaxed performances at 10AM and 1PM.
