Are you a teen athlete who dreams of making a difference both on and off the field? The Empowered Athletes: Coaches in Training (CIT) Program is your opportunity to step into a leadership role, gain real certifications, and build the skills you need to become a future coach and mentor.
Running alongside our popular All-Girls Sports Camp, this immersive program is designed for high school girls who want hands-on experience and leadership training in the world of youth sports coaching. You'll work directly with younger athletes at camp while learning how to lead, motivate, and coach with confidence.
Each CIT will complete accredited training. Coursework varies for Year 1, Year 2, Year 3, and Year 4 CITs. Examples of certification fields include:
Heat Illness Prevention, Concussion in Sports Awareness, Sudden Cardiac Arrest Response, ACL Injury Prevention, Title IX
These certifications are nationally recognized and will boost your resume for future coaching, lifeguarding, or childcare roles.
